Mr. Abbott received his undergraduate
degree from Stanford University and his law degree from
the University of California at Los Angeles. He is an
arbitrator for various associations, and serves as a
Judge Pro Tem in the Judicial Arbitration Department
of the Los Angeles Superior Court. He has authored articles
on arbitration and been a speaker at events sponsored
by the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the United
States Securities and Exchange Commission, and the National
Association of Securities Dealers. He has conducted
numerous jury trials in both the state and federal courts
and handled several hundred arbitrations.

Mr. Fleming received his undergraduate
degree from the University of Southern California, where
he graduated cum laude, and earned his law degree
from the University of California Hastings College of
Law. Mr. Fleming has authored several articles concerning
securities law and related issues, and has served in
the Los Angeles Municipal Court Judge Pro Tem
program and is an arbitrator for various industry associations.
He also has held a California Real Estate Broker’s license,
and serves as general counsel for the National Association
of Independent Brokers Dealers.

Mr. Fitzgerald received his undergraduate
degree from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania, where
he graduated cum laude, and earned his law degree
from Duke University School of Law where he was a member
of the Editorial Board for the Duke Law Journal. In
1985, he was instrumental in taking Dean Witter Reynolds
Inc. v. Byrd to the United States Supreme Court
in one of the seminal decisions firmly establishing
a party’s contractual right to arbitration of disputes.
He has authored and coauthored several published articles
relating to issues concerning arbitration of disputes.

Mr. Bockman received his undergraduate
degree from the University of California at Los Angeles,
and earned his law degree from the Loyola University
School of Law, Los Angeles, where he received the American
Jurisprudence award in Insurance Law. He has also
been a contributing author to the Business Law publication
of the California Bar Association. Mr. Bockman is a
Panel Member of the Arbitration Committee of the Los
Angeles County Bar Association, an arbitration panel
member for the National Futures Association, and serves
in the Municipal Court Judge Pro Tem program.

Mr. Rafeedie received his undergraduate
degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law
degree from the University of Southern California in
1988. Mr. Rafeedie has coauthored two papers concerning
securities litigation and arbitration that were distributed
to the United States District Court judges for the Central
District of California at their annual conference. Mr.
Rafeedie’s experience includes business, securities,
real estate, and class action litigation, as well as
real estate and general business transactional work.
Mr. Rafeedie has litigated cases in federal and state
courts, and before arbitration panels of the National
Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., New York Stock
Exchange, Inc., and the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Hill received his undergraduate
degree from Pomona College and his law degree from the
University of Southern California in 1989. Mr. Hill
is an experienced litigator, having successfully represented
numerous clients in federal and state court, as well
as in arbitrations conducted under the auspices of the
AAA, NASD, JAMS/Endispute, ARC, ADR and similar tribunals.
Mr. Hill represents clients in complex business and
real estate litigation matters, and in a wide array
of business and real estate transactional work. He is
a member of the panel of arbitrators of the Los Angeles
Superior Court and National Futures Association and
has recently authored an article on real estate litigation
for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Professional
Report.

Ms. Fitzgerald received her undergraduate

Mr. Erikson received his undergraduate

received his law degree from UCLA.

at San Diego, where he graduated with honors. Mr. Turner
earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University
of California, Hastings College of the Law.

received his undergraduate degree from the University
of California at Berkeley, where he graduated with honors.
In 2001, Mr. Mohammed was awarded a Juris Doctor
from Pepperdine University, where he also graduated
with honors and was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review.
He is conversational in Hindi-Urdu.

Ms. Takahashi received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and earned her law degree from Chapman University School of Law. While at law school, Ms. Takahashi was an editor of the Nexus Law Journal and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., United States District Court for the Central District of California. |

Ms. Hernandez received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies and Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Hernandez then attended the University of Southern California School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor. |

Mr. Miller has been a member of the California Bar since
1964. Mr. Miller is "Of Counsel" to the firm
