Mr. Bockman's practice involves primarily business litigation, including corporate and securities defense, as well as corporate transactional matters. He has represented various companies both through trial and appeal, including Mutual Service Corporation, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Wachovia Securities, and Wedbush Morgan Securities. He has handled appellate matters in the Second, Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Bockman is a panel arbitrator for the National Futures Association, as well as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association Fee Dispute Arbitration program, and is a judge pro tem with the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Mr. Bockman graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and Economics, and earned his J.D. from Loyola University, Los Angeles, College of Law.
