Mr. Fitzgerald focuses his practice on business and business litigation, including Trade Secret (Civ. Code §3426) and Unfair Competition (Bus. & Prof. Code §17200) litigation, securities broker-dealer litigation, and insurance brokerage litigation. He has also represented numerous churches in Southern California in a variety of transactional and litigation matters.
Mr. Fitzgerald is a panel arbitrator for the National Futures Association (NFA).
Mr. Fitzgerald graduated from Allegheny College, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science. Mr. Fitzgerald earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Duke Law Journal.
