Mr. Mohammed focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions and business transactions. He regularly drafts and negotiates real estate purchase and sale agreements, commercial, industrial, and retail leases, loan agreements, and partnership and limited liability company agreements. His clients include IDS Real Estate Group and Meridian Group, Ltd.
Mr. Mohammed graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science. Mr. Mohammed earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University, where he obtained a full scholarship and graduated with honors. He was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review.
Mr. Mohammed is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Islamic Center of Southern California in downtown Los Angeles.
