Mr. Mohammed represents businesses, both large and small, in a variety of industries. He represents companies providing financial services such as real estate brokerages and money transfer companies. He also represents small and medium-sized businesses engaged in a broad array of commerce. In his real estate practice, he represents owners of commercial property portfolios and other businesses in both transactional and litigation matters. He provides counsel in connection with acquisitions and dispositions of commercial property, industrial, office, and retail leasing, and real estate financing. His litigation practice includes business and financial litigation, contract disputes, and commercial unlawful detainer. His clients include IDS Real Estate Group (www.idsrealestate.com), Ria Financial Services (NASDAQ: EEFT, www.riafinancial.com), and Door To Door Valet Cleaners (www.doortodoorcleaners.com).
Mr. Mohammed graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science. Mr. Mohammed obtained his J.D. from Pepperdine University, where he studied on full scholarship and graduated with honors. He was a member of the Law Review.
