Ms. Takahashi focuses her practice on business litigation and transactions, labor and employment law, and securities broker-dealer litigation.

Ms. Takahashi has experience in various areas of business litigation, including contract disputes, class actions, insurance, real estate, unfair competition, and consumer law in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation. Ms. Takahashi has also defended brokerage firms, brokers, and financial advisors in securities industry litigation and arbitration.

Ms. Takahashi's employment practice involves counseling and litigation in all areas of employment and labor law, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract. She represents employers in single plaintiff and class action litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation. As part of her employment practice, Ms. Takahashi also counsels employers on employee-related laws and issues, including employee handbooks, employee grievances, disability accommodations and leaves of absence, and assists clients in drafting and auditing employment agreements and employee policies.

Ms. Takahashi graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in International Relations. She earned her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Takahashi was a staff editor for the Nexus Law Journal and served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., United States District Court for the Central District of California.
