Mr. Turner focuses his practice on business litigation, including class actions, Unfair Competition (Bus. & Prof. Code §17200), securities broker-dealer defense, and appeals. He has represented a variety of businesses, including Black & Decker, Leatherman Tool Group, Morgan Stanley, Wedbush Morgan Securities, Wachovia Securities, TD Ameritrade, Mutual Service Corporation, and many more.
Mr. Turner is a panel arbitrator for the Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and has been a mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Mr. Turner graduated from the University of California at San Diego, where he earned a B.A. in Philosophy. Mr. Turner earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
Mr. Turner has been appointed to the Los Angeles County Bar Association Appellate Courts Committee every year since 2005.
