Mr. Turner focuses his practice on business litigation, including class actions, Unfair Competition (Bus. & Prof. Code §17200), securities broker-dealer defense, and appeals. He has represented a variety of businesses, including Black & Decker, Leatherman Tool Group, Morgan Stanley, Wedbush Securities, Wells Fargo, TD Ameritrade, Mutual Service Corporation, and many more.

Mr. Turner is a panel arbitrator for the Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and has been a mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Mr. Turner graduated from the University of California at San Diego, where he earned a B.A. in Philosophy. Mr. Turner earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.

Mr. Turner was appointed in 2005 to the Los Angeles County Bar Association Appellate Courts Committee and has been appointed to the Committee each year since 2005.
