Jones Bell's corporate practice is available to provide both near and far term legal strategy and business planning advice to our clients. The firm's representation includes the formation, maintenance and representation of corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies, syndications and sole proprietorships. We regularly resolve corporate structure and finance issues (including stock purchases and asset acquisitions), assist with the issuance and sale of securities, and review and prepare contracts, licenses, and a wide assortment of business agreements. Jones Bell also provides legal representation in connection with a variety of employment issues, including wrongful termination and harassment claims, severance and buy-out agreements, and independent contractor issues.
