scope of this representation includes purchase and
sale agreements, 1031 exchange agreements, security
agreements, financing agreements, property management
agreements, and a wide variety of less common real
estate contracts. We also provide advice concerning
environmental issues and have experience in defending
CERCLA and RCRA actions brought by governmental entities
