Michael J. Gill is Of Counsel to the firm. He has practiced law exclusively in the area of estates and trusts for more than 46 years representing individuals, private fiduciaries and corporate trustees. Mr. Gill has been a speaker in the fields of estates, trusts, conservatorships and financial elder abuse, and is a former CEB lecturer and editor in the conservatorship area. He counsels individual and professional executors, trustees and conservators on all matters relating to the administration, taxation and distribution of estates. He initiates contested matters on property disputes, financial elder abuse recovery, will and trust contests, accounting and removal proceedings. He takes great pride in being a Probate Court Mediator, with a 95% success rate (over 100 mediations).
