Mr. Fitzgerald is the co-managing partner of the firm. He focuses his practice on all areas of business law and litigation, including securities and securities brokerage litigation, trade secrets and unfair competition litigation, and employment and insurance brokerage litigation. He has also represented numerous churches in Southern California in a variety of transactional and litigation matters. Mr. Fitzgerald is a panel arbitrator for the National Futures Association (NFA).
